 We will send you a fax or e-mail of office listings that match your criteria. Upon request, we can also make arrangements to show you the inside of an office. Our English-speaking staff will escort you to the property, so feel free to ask about any questions you may have about the property. |
| Step 3 |
 When you have reached a decision on the property to rent, we will file a rental contract with the property owner. The Office Navi staff will do the rest for you, from negotiating terms such as monthly rent and move-in timing, to preparation of all the documentation for making the contract. |
| Step 4 |
 After the contract is signed, we can help you locate design and layout services, or even recommend agents who can apply for various services on your behalf. |
